website, some technical issues occurred with the online exam between
the dates of Friday, May 8th – Monday, May 11th, 2009.
Our records show that you took the exam during this time frame and as
such, through no fault of your own, THE EXAM YOU TOOK WAS FLAWED, AND
YOUR CERTIFICATION IS NOT VALID. YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-WRITE THE EXAM TO
ACHIEVE VALID SIR CERTIFICATION.
You will receive another certification number upon successful
completion of the exam. Please destroy any copies you originally
printed of your certificate number to avoid confusion.
